‘Lee and Elaine let themselves down and let the school down’
Dates:
About:
Join Lee and Elaine for made - up mayhem, suitable for the whole family! This show is completely directed by the young legends in the audience, what they say and sometimes what they bring (once a kid brought his golf ball to show us and the whole show was about that, another time we tried to make Elaine ‘fly’). It’s a very silly hour of comedy in a relaxed space. Feel free to come and go as you please and borrow some of our books, fidget toys and colouring in stuff. Each show has a break out space upstairs that you’re welcome to use whenever you like.
Snow White VS Cinderella (pantomime)

About:
Dates:
The Stand’s Award winning pantomime is back for the first time since 2019 when it was named ‘Best Panto’ by North East Theatre Guide.
We'll STILL be affordable, we'll STILL be alternative, we’ll STILL bring modern messages and ideas and, most importantly, we'll STILL be hilarious for all of the family.
The ever enchanting Hannah Walker (North East Theatre Performer of the Year 2024) returns as Cinderella and she’ll meet Snow White, played by the incredible Elaine Robertson (Edinburgh Festival Panel Prize Winner).
Trying to ensure that they get along is the Fairy Godmother, played by the multi talented Kelly Rickard (Host of Sunday For Sammy) and lovable idiot Barry Harris, brought to life by our regular idiot Lee Kyle.
With special guests aplenty, featuring some old friends, there is no pantomime quite like this.
It’s a show for people who love panto and for those who don’t. Great jokes and songs whatever your age.
Not for squares.
5+ is a guideline, not a restriction, but the show probably not best for under 4's.
